Truffles
Yvan Valentin truffles are all-natural, preservative-free and handcrafted using only the finest ingredients. Each creamy chocolate ganache filling is enrobed in a delicate chocolate shell and lightly dusted in cocoa powder or confectioner’s sugar. Truffles are best enjoyed at room temperature.
The truffles are packed in lightweight, 100% eco-friendly packaging to maximize the number of chocolates per box and thereby reduce their carbon footprint. Each box is hand-stamped with Yvan’s signature red wax seal.
Signature Bittersweet
Our classic: Dark chocolate ganache, dipped in bittersweet chocolate and dusted in cocoa powder (best seller).
Hazelnut Praline
Semi-sweet chocolate and Gianduja (toasted hazelnut praline) ganache, dipped in milk chocolate and dusted in confectioner’s sugar.
Cappuccino
Semi-sweet chocolate and cappuccino ganache, dipped in bittersweet chocolate and dusted in cocoa powder.
Chocolate Caramel
Semi-sweet chocolate and caramel ganache, dipped in bittersweet chocolate and dusted in cocoa powder.
Dark Chocolate Yuzu
Dark chocolate and tangy yuzu ganache, dipped in bittersweet chocolate and dusted in cocoa powder.
Ivory Cointreau
White chocolate ganache with Cointreau liquor and orange zest, dipped in white chocolate and dusted in confectioner’s sugar.
Please enjoy your truffles within 45 days and make sure they are properly stored in a cool environment. Due to the freshness of the ganache, the truffles should not be left at room temperature for long periods of time (not more than 10 days). See our FAQs if you have any questions.

Signature Dark Chocolate Squares
Yvan Valentin signature chocolate squares are made using the same fine quality bittersweet French chocolate as our truffles. Each square is stamped with a letter spelling the chocolatier’s name. They do not require refrigeration.
