Yvan Valentin truffles are all-natural, preservative-free and handcrafted using only the finest ingredients. Each creamy chocolate ganache filling is enrobed in a delicate chocolate shell and lightly dusted in cocoa powder or confectioner’s sugar. Truffles are best enjoyed at room temperature.
The truffles are packed in lightweight, 100% eco-friendly packaging to maximize the number of chocolates per box and thereby reduce their carbon footprint. Each box is hand-stamped with Yvan’s signature red wax seal.

Signature Dark Chocolate Squares
Yvan Valentin signature chocolate squares are made using the same fine quality bittersweet French chocolate as our truffles. Each square is stamped with a letter spelling the chocolatier’s name. They do not require refrigeration.
